About this show:
@ My Mac

As a long time Windows user (since Windows 3.1) I thought it would be a good idea to do a video podcast documenting my experiences as I switch from Windows to Mac.

At the time of writing this (Nov. 18th, 2007) I have not yet received my iMac. I ordered a 24″ iMac about 2 weeks ago and I should be picking it up tomorrow. That’s where my journey will begin.

To give you a little background on myself, I’m a 40+ year old computer programmer (web developer) and all around geek. I love everything about technology!

I plan on using this blog/video podcast to show and help others like myself who are fed up with Windows machines and all that can go wrong with them. I hope to show how to get things done on a Mac after being on Windows so long.

Disclaimer: I am in no way a “Mac Fan Boy” or Mac expert, this site is only showing my experiences as I switch to a Mac…
